Our inspiration

"At the very moment that sip mixed with crumbs of focaccia touched my palate, I moved, attentive to what was happening in me extraordinary. A delightful pleasure had invaded me, isolated, without notion of its cause.
He had immediately made me indifferent to the vicissitudes of life, its calamities, its illusory brevity, in the very way in which love acts, filling me with a precious essence or rather, that essence was not within me, I was that essence".

Our manifesto

We wondered what was really that feeling of fulfillment that you feel when you are in the company of a small dessert.
It turns out that, in the end, it's called happiness. There is no other way to explain it.
To think about the values that accompany us every day, we started from that; from the happiness that a pastry gives and that for us is made of time, harmony, balance and tradition. These are the values that guide us every day.

History

This is how our story began in September 1987 when, in the center of San Giovanni Lupatoto, the Adami pastry shop was born.
Since then we have always tried to carry on that story, ours, that we share every day with all the people we meet and who decide to rely on us for their small moments of pleasure, tasting the desserts that we produce by hand.
